I’m so excited that you’ve decided to bring my artwork into your space. It truly means a lot, and I can’t wait for you to experience the magic that art brings to a room. Here’s the details on shipping, returns, and everything in between, so you know exactly what to expect.
Handling and Shipping Times
Once you place your order, I’ll need 2-3 business days to get it ready to ship.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, but if it’s the holiday season, it could stretch to 5-10 business days.
Keep in mind that shipping times are up to the carrier. If things are running late, I’m really sorry, but I’ll do my best to keep you updated.
30-day return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is taking forever or seems to have disappeared, drop me a line at info@jingjingliuart.com within 48 hours of planned receiving time, and I’ll sort things out with the carrier. If needed, I’ll get a replacement shipped to you at no extra cost.
Damaged or Wrong Items
When your order arrives, please take a moment to check everything. If something’s damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact me at info@jingjingliuart.com right away. I’ll make sure to fix the issue and get things sorted for you.
Stuff You Can’t Return
Unfortunately, some items just aren’t returnable—like postcards and commission artworks. Also, I can’t take back sale items or gift cards. If you have any doubts about your item, just ask!
Want an Exchange?
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once I’ve accepted the return, you can go ahead and make a new purchase for the item you’d like instead.
Refunds
Once I get your returned item and give it a look-over, I’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If everything checks out, I’ll send the money back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Just keep in mind that it might take your bank or credit card company a little extra time to process it. If it’s been more than 15 business days since I approved your return and you still don’t see the refund, shoot me an email at info@jingjingliuart.com.
International Shipping and Extra Fees
If you’re outside of Ireland, any VAT, import fees, or other duties are your responsibility and not included in my shipping charges.
